  • Yes, Very Likely! With over 10+ years in the music and events industry we are lucky enough to have built up a large roster and network of professional musicians. In the event your exact musical request is unavailable for your date, we’ll find someone just as good that we know you’ll love!

  • If you’re paying us, that means you're booking with us and supporting both a family business and an artist’s dream career, so firstly, THANK YOU! We accept e-transfers, cheques, EFT, Paypal (non-Canadaian clients), VISA and MASTERCARD.

    To confirm your artist booking, we do require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.

  • Absolutely! We are all about tailoring and customizing our performances to suit your vision and create the perfect soundtrack!

    Included in our wedding packages is the choice of 3 song requests (the musician can learn any song you wish!) for your key moments (ceremony, walking down the aisle, first dance, etc)

    For non-wedding events, if you have specific song requests for any special moments, we would love to make that happen for you and can be discussed on a per event basis.

  • All payments made to Musos Entertainment are Non-Refundable. This protects the artist from being out of work and the administrative work from our team.

    If the Event or the Performance is canceled for any reason by the client all payments made to Musos Entertainment can be used towards another booking within 365 days.

    The re-booking will be subject to the artist availability. If the requested artist is not available, Musos will be able to offer another artist to perform.

    This booking must occur within one year of your cancellation. Please note that the rates will be adjusted according to the rates being charged at that time. Any further changes to the booking will also be at rates being charged at that time.

  • We wouldn’t have it any other way! We provide a detailed music form for you to complete upon booking, which breaks down your genre preferences, song requests, and even your DO NOT PLAY list to ensure our DJ team is providing you with your dream dance floor!

  • Yes! Well, not our’s exactly but we do have wireless microphones that can be rented and added to any package for you to use. For health, hygiene and sanitary reasons, all artist microphones are not allowed to be used by anyone. If you book a DJ with us, 1 wireless microphone is already included in your package!

  • Absolutely, our packages are based on performance hours and we do not charge for setup or tear down. We want to ensure that you are getting the most music out of your booking! Our artists will arrive early enough for them to set up and sound check prior to the scheduled performance time. This time is usually 30-75 min prior to the performance time but may vary shorter or longer depending on each performance and the logistics (parking, load in facilities, amount of equipment etc.) Shall you wish the artist to set up earlier, please let us know to discuss options as there may be an early set up fee.

  • We sure do! Musos has an Artist Team located and servicing all throughout Canada and can usually provide local options for most areas. Looking to host in a remote area? Or, want a specific Artist that does not live in that area? No worries, our team LOVES to travel! As each event is so unique with different logistics involved (location, times etc). Let’s Chat!   • Sometimes the music is so good you don’t ever want it to stop! We understand! Yes, you can always add more time to your booking before or even during the event. Adding additional hour(s) will be discussed upon booking.

  • We are masters of Live Music and DJ’s. It’s our passion and our focus. We leave the Santa Clause rental and Wine Fairies to our friends, and would be happy to point you in the right direction within our community.

  • There’s no need too until you see them at the event – they will be all ready to go for you! That’s why we (Musos) are here for you every step of the way!

    We are an artist management team that takes the lead on all the communication prior to the event. For the benefit of both you and the artist, we work with both parties to facilitate the administrative details, to ensure that everyone is fully organized and prepared for your event.

    Our roster is filled with incredibly talented artists and DJs that perform professionally for a living. This means that they can often be found gigging 5 - 7 times a week, (you can only imagine that this gives them hardly no time for emails or phone calls, unless they are at midnight post gig haha) They have been mastering their craft in talent, while our team of specialists master the craft of event planning. This is exactly why Musos was born. Our forte is organization, their forte is performing - They like to leave the event planning up to us, their management team.

    Working with us ensures professional customer service, timely responses to your questions, ironing out all the main and fine tune details that come along with events and (gosh forbid) your artist gets sick, we have a large team of incredible backup to cover. We are sticklers for details. We use an industry leading booking system which lays out all the information for our artists (from song requests, parking details, and guest count!) and a CRM program with a client portal for you to have access to review and update details anytime- all this so that we can guarantee that no small details get lost in the inbox.

    Having said all of this, if meeting the artist is imperative to your booking or planning process, we will happily set up a three way call (over the phone or on zoom) bringing us all together to discuss your event.

  • Gratefully, we do ask and require 50% deposit upon booking and the remainder 30 days prior to your event.

  • Do we ever! Music is our passion both professionally and personally, with over 10,000 events under our belt over the last 10 years our minds are like a running Spotify playlist! Whatever your special moment, we can recommend some unique and special songs to make your moment magical.

  • WE WILL MAKE IT FIT! One of our hidden superpowers is being a ‘transformer’. In all seriousness our solo artists take up much less space then one would believe. We have performed in the coziest hotel rooms to large festival stages. As live music is this important to us – We like to get creative and revise the equipment accordingly to make it fit and/or sound best for the space.

    Test: If you stand straight and put out your arms wide and turn around, if you can do that comfortably – we can fit!

  • A stage is always welcome, but it is definitely not required.

    Some venues have one already, some will rent and have one brought in. Other times, we're just set up performing and dancin’ on the floor. Either way works for us and won’t change the quality entertainment.
