Stephen is a Vancouver-based musician and actor with over ten years of professional performance experience. A skilled acoustic guitarist and vocalist, he brings a warm, engaging energy to every performance, whether playing intimate gatherings, weddings, restaurants, bars, or larger events.
STEPHEN’S CAREER BACKGROUND
Originally from Oakville, Ontario, Stephen honed his craft as a street performer and is proud to have played on four different continents. Since then, he has performed professionally throughout Western Canada and the United States, building a repertoire of over 200 cover songs to suit a wide variety of audiences and occasions.
Stephen also released his debut album, Growing Pains, in 2026. Outside of music, he has built a successful career as a theatre performer, appearing across Canada with companies including the National Arts Centre, The Arts Club Vancouver, and The Charlottetown Festival.
STEPHEN’S MUSIC STYLE
Stephen specializes in fingerstyle acoustic guitar paired with smooth, expressive vocals. His repertoire covers a wide range of folk, pop, country, rock, worship, and singer-songwriter music, allowing him to tailor his set to the atmosphere of each event.
He has a particular love for the music of the ’70s and so you can probably expect to hear some Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon, Queen or Neil Young. Some other personal favourites of his include: Elvis Presley, Chappell Roan, City and Colour, The Beatles, Jack Johnson, Radiohead, U2, Olivia Dean and Hozier.
