PK3 Jazz Trio has been performing together for more than 15 years. Based in
Vancouver BC, PK3 includes full time members Miles Black- piano, Steve
Holy- acoustic bass, Kristian Braathen- drum set. The sound of PK3 Jazz Trio
is influenced by Oscar Peterson Trio, Ahmad Jamal, and Bill Charlap Trio.
PK3 has performed extensively together in the Vancouver region, as well as
Victoria, Kelowna, Lake Louise, Whistler and many cities in Western Canada.
Our start began with engagements in Tahiti and Mexico. To date, PK3 has
performed at well over 500 private events at many of the finest
establishments and venues in our region. Some of our previous clients
include, Honda Canada, RBC, 2010 Olympic Committee, Seaspan, IKEA,
TD Bank, China Airlines, Rocky Mountaineer and Air Canada.
PK3 regularly receives great praise for our superior sound, professionalism
and sharp presentation. PK3 Jazz Trio will be a wonderful compliment to
