DJ Rita Spirit is a Canadian-based International Event DJ originally from Ukraine, with more than ten years of experience performing across Europe, Asia, and North America. Her work ranges from large-scale cultural events to festivals, clubs, and corporate productions, creating memorable atmospheres everywhere she plays.
CAREER BACKGROUND
From 2018 to 2019, Rita was a resident DJ at 404 Urban Playground in Nanning, one of China’s major hip hop venues. During her residency, she performed alongside Red Bull 3Style champions DJ Ride (Portugal) and DJ EMii (France), and shared the stage with Japanese artist KOHH. While in China, she was also booked for grand openings of shopping centres, brand showcases, car exhibitions, and motorsport events. In 2022, she also performed at Way Out West, one of Europe’s largest festivals, in Gothenburg, Sweden. In Canada, Rita has played at events such as the Red Bull Dance Your Style National Finals, Vancouver Dance Festival, Calgary Dance Festival, and JOAT Festival in Montreal. In the United States, she has appeared three consecutive years at the Sol Power Festival in Phoenix and curated sound for Queen of the Block in Las Vegas, among other events. Additional highlights include sharing the stage with artists such as Def3, DJ Kemo, DJ Flipout and Cody Currie, and performing at a wide range of public, private, and community events.
